The house has belonged to our family for more than one hundred years and keeps precious memories of childhood vacations and family reunions.
It is the ideal place for holidays with family and friends; it is located in a very good position for trekking and hiking around the Amalfi and Sorrento Coast, or for touring and shopping dowtown.
Villa Castellano is well placed to reach the region’s most well-known cultural destinations: from neighbouring Sorrento to the archaeological ruins of Pompei, Ercolano and Paestum, the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida, the Amalfi coast (Positano, Ravello, Amalfi) and, of course, the city of Naples.

Words cannot describe the beauty of this place, so we’ll leave that to the poets. This House is simply amazing, the view of the bay is without equal, and your hospitality is much appreciated. We thought Tuscany was a picture in sublime contrasts, but the Sorrentine Peninsula makes Tuscany pale by comparison.

The Villa is wonderful, very spacious. Weather in the 30’s every day. Italian people are great (but not their driving!). Did Pompei, Vesuvius and Capri, recommend the small beach Marina del Cantone… lovely! Drive to Positano very charming. We had a great holiday, so will you!!!
The villa is delightful, beds very confortable, kitchen well stocked and the whole place full of atmosphere.
This must be the most beautiful views on the peninsula! The villa exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect home to return after day trips to Naples, Capri, Pompei, Amalfi and Paestum.
A truly relaxing, enjoyable visit! When You feel that You are at home, You have really been confortable. We meet so many kind, gracious people. Each morning and evening were spent out, overlooking the beautiful sea and coast. The simple, well thought out designs of the villa, and the happiness of the local people, truly made one reflect on what life is or should be about. We had an amazing week of the way life can be, if you take the time to enjoy it! We hope to return soon.
